The I-RELIEF Eye Mask is a reusable hot and cold compress designed to provide relief from symptoms associated with dry eyes, blepharitis, styes, and headaches. It uses ThermaBeads™ technology to deliver naturally-hydrating, deep-penetrating moist heat or soothing cold therapy.  This mask can be used as a warm compress (microwaved) to help improve tear quality and stimulate oil production, or as a cold compress (chilled in the freezer) to reduce swelling, puffiness, and relieve sinus pressure or allergy symptoms.
