Kam was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient. She encouraged us to try on different styles of glasses and venture away from our current style. If we didn't like the suggested style, she would find us more options and explain what would look most flattering based on our facial shape. I would return to Gordon Wood Optical.

Kam was awesome. Helped me pick out a pair of glasses that fit my style and face. She has great knowledge and was able to answer all the questions I had asked her. Everything was quickly proccessed and I was able to pick up my glasses quickly! I would recommend to all my friends.

My first glasses. Great place, great service. The optometrist was very patient in answering my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable. The service staff gave good recommendations as to what kind of eye wear I should get. I came in a couple times already to have the frames adjusted and there were no hiccups.

Dr. Ip and her team went above and beyond helping me deal with a severe case of dry eyes. Dr. Ip conducted a thorough eye exam and took the time to explain what condition my eyes were in and how I could take better care of them. One of her associates also took the time to help me find a cute pair of glasses from their well-stocked inventory. Highly recommend..

I had a very good experience here. The comprehensive eye exam was very well conducted and was worth it. The staff and the doctor present are very kind, informative and thorough. The service is quick and accommodating. I definitely recommend GWEA. I ordered my spectacle lenses to come in and hoping for a great service ahead. A "Spec"tacular place.

Coming here was like night and day compared to my previous eye clinic at York Mills. Dr Kit was so incredibly thorough with why i may be experiencing dry eyes and what methods i could use to prevent it in preparation for my PRK Eye Surgery. She answered all my questions and concerns very thoroughly. The staff here are also very kind and informative. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for a new eye clinic! :)
